We had a fantastic stay in the heart of a charming Italian town. Best aspects were the convenient location with beautiful views of the mountains and town, and the clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. The breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to beautiful scenery, and with comfortable, spacious rooms and good breakfast options. Guests are treated to beautiful views of the mountains and town. the beds are comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard.

The lack of functioning Wi-Fi and inability to pay with a credit card, left guests feeling frustrated and limited in their ability to access modern amenities.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a blast! the traditional local food served was exquisite and the staff made sure everyone had a great time. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the town center and amazing views of the Alps. the cozy fireplace in the lobby created a warm atmosphere where everyone felt welcomed.

the payment system using credit cards wasn't explained to us, which resulted in some confusion during check-out.

Excellent food, beautiful location

I spent my New Year's Eve in this hotel and I must say that the food was excellent! The chef really knows how to cook, and the presentation was exquisite. The location was also perfect - close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transportation. The view from the hotel was breathtaking as well. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable during my stay, which made it hard to stay connected with my friends and family. there were some issues with communication.
